What you will be doing:
- Manage the country recruitment through the use of differentiated channels across different levels of roles in an end-to-end fashion from the crafting of job descriptions to the onboarding of the candidate.
- Build and grow a pipeline of candidates across different disciplines
- Work closely with the different HR partners within the group to support hiring efforts through cross exchange of hiring methodologies, best practices etc.
- Create hiring metrics for group reporting
- Increase the Company’s brand awareness through social media and other awareness
What you should possess:
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting within the crypto and finance space with proven track records of hiring.
- Good communication skills with knowledge of different recruitment tools and platforms
- Able to juggle multiple priorities at one time and handle challenging hiring requests
- Knowledge of Linkedin recruiter
