To help facilitate this, we support remote, hybrid or onsite work at either New York City or San Francisco for the majority of our opportunities.As an OpenSea Learning Experience Designer, you’ll not only create learning experiences that strengthen and empower our teams, you’ll also shape how employees and customers alike learn about and interact with Web3 technologies.Responsibilities– Contribute to the learning culture at OpenSea- Assess learning requests to identify root issue and appropriate means of solving them- Design and develop learning experiences that strengthen company goals and initiatives- Help teams develop best practices, workflows, and behaviors to improve work quality and efficiency- Collaborate with stakeholders and L&D team members to strengthen multiple learning tracks- Own learning programs from start to finish- Evaluate the impact of each learning experience and improve them over timeDesired Experience– Believes in and promotes the values of the company, and embody its values in words and actions- Approaches every challenge with courage and enthusiasm, and can be counted on to see tasks through to completion- Is constantly on the hunt for learning opportunities, and never feels as though they’ve learned everything there is to know about something- Asks relevant questions when they arise, even in difficult or uncomfortable situations- Is self motivated, resourceful, and proactive, and doesn’t hide from problems or let them persist- Makes decisions that improve the lives of others, even if it means more work on the back end. Not simply a “pleaser”, you have the vision to see when a short-term challenge can yield a long-term gain- Stays informed with current industry trends and practices, and keeps things relevant.
